The three essentials of the Williamson Technique

• First, actors who can allow their bodies to become vulnerable to any and all experiences that come from the specific people, places, and things of the world of the play (film);

• Second, actors who develop their senses so that they become completely connected to these specifics of the world of the play.

• Third, actors who can master a physical technique for alignment, flexibility, and strength that produces behaviior, both motion and sound, that  is clear, direct and true.
